It has a sofa bed and a king-size bed. The flat is located in a building with a lift and has a mezzanine bedroom area. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Free Parking is available, and fast WiFi Throughout + Smart TV. It is minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance. THE SPACE: \- Accommodates up to 4 guests. \- Building and apartment entrances are secured with access codes. \- Spacious, bright and modern interior. \- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. \- Dining area with a table and 6 chairs. \- Living area with 2 sofa beds for additional guests, armchair, coffee tables, and Smart TV. \- Comfortable bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, lamps, and storage space. \- Free parking space. \- Superfast and reliable 250 Mbps WiFi throughout \- Building equipped with a lift.
