Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing. A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building, for an added layer of security. \- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. \- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions. \- The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 2 guests. The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment. TRANSIT: Orpington benefits from good transportation connections. The town has a railway station that offers regular services to London Victoria (40 mins), London Bridge (20 mins), King's Cross St Pancras (40 mins), and other destinations in Kent. Bus services also connect Orpington to nearby areas. The closest airport is Gatwick, only 27 miles away.
