I had to walk to the front desk to ask them to tell the person making the announcements to hang up the phone. I was not happy at all at this point. One announcement is fine, but three or four? In the middle of the night we stayed there, the fire alarm went off on the intercoms in all the rooms. It was quickly clear that it was a false alarm, yet the intercom continued to make horrible noise, transmit conversations and even music for over an hour. This was at 3:30 AM. Shortly after it finally turned off and people were just falling back asleep, the alarm went off again for another hour - same story, false alarm - and then it happened again at 7:30 AM. Basically no one could sleep half the night, and everyone's night and subsequent day was ruined. This room is right off the main desk at the lobby!
