We stay every year for the Distillery Christmas Market, and the location is hands down my favourite in Toronto. I have booked a number of rooms here from their basic king room to their suites, and each time I’ve been satisfied. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bed has always been comfortable, and we have never had an issue with water pressure or broken items in the room. The hotel has great amenities, the pool is a nice touch as well as the gym, although I must admit I have only used these features a handful of times. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, and I have never had an issue with the quality of the hotels rooms or amenities. The main reason I keep coming back to this hotel is the location. With union station less than 5 minutes away, the city really feels at your front door. Whether you are catching a show at the Sony centre, a hockey game at Scotiabank arena, or just visiting the city for fun, every event feels close to the Novotel. I love this hotel, and I truly mean that. Some of the best moments in my life have happened because I chose to stay here.
