We arrived early and they got us in to our room earlier than expected and on departure day they held our luggage for us so we could go to the Bluejays game and we were able to come back and leave for the airport with no issues at all. Hotel is a half a block off Yonge St. so you could walk to all the downtown attractions."

"We stayed one night on a lay over and used the shuttle service. We woke up late. Alarm didn't go of for us. The staff called us and held the shuttle a couple of extra minutes for us. Ordering in dinner from any place we recognized was difficult due to limited restaurants willing to deliver to this location."
