"The only thing I can think of which is negative is the signage out the front wasn't that clear while I was driving and it was dark, could have done with a light illuminating it. Apart from that the hotel was amazing and I can't recommend it enough - the staff were even better though a a proper credit to their employer. Friendly, knowledgeable and they even gave me a call when something I'd left in the room was found. Would definitely stay again, had a lovely night away"

"Booking got changed last minute, so ended up in another location (further away from where we wanted to be) and too late for us to come up with another option. Where we stayed was not good (Sapphire House appartments)….basically a converted office building in middle of a business park. Room was functional, and fairly clean (until you looked underneath anything!). However mattress and pillows were awful. Blinds didn’t cover whole window and so our 10month old struggled to get to sleep due to light. Blood splatters on lift floor on way in kind of set the tone too. Kitchen was ok, parking very easy. Overall, was functional, but not what we booked or was looking for. Would not recommend unless you want somewhere to crash for a few hours with some mates after a night out…in which case would be tolerable. "

"Scroll down the reviews to find my thoughts at the end of week one, which haven't changed during the intervening two weeks. That said now I'm at the end of week three, I discovered that the loud banging noise that I had at first attributed to the corridor doors, was actually coming from the opening and closing of all the room doors themselves. Really annoying and easily fixable, as nearly all modern hotels have self closing doors that close quietly. I would like to thank the staff who were polite, friendly and well trained. Will happily book more visits with them when I'm in the area."
