"From check-in to departure the staff were great. Callum checked us in and Catherine (i think) checked us out. Both were really friendly and helpful. Holly looked after us at breakfast. She was efficient, helpful and attentive, as well as being friendly and cheerful. The room was a great size. It was clean with good facilities. The bed was comfortable. The only negative would be the lack of plug sockets. All in all a great stay and we would definitely recommend and return."

"Lovely room. Comfy bed. Toiletries were great. Hairdryer was good & not attached to the wall like some hotels. Shower was a little low pressure but that’s minor. Lovely breakfast. Staff are so friendly. We arrived back at our room after a day out to find a card which was handwritten by the lovely hotel manageress & a box of chocolates for my birthday. Very kind indeed. Great location. Car park was a little tricky to find but we got there in the end ! Will definitely stay here again . Nice hotel ."
