Comfortable large room with excellent en-suite facilities. Beautifully cooked breakfast. The hosts, Dawn and Danny, were delightful and full of helpful information.

The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

Lovely hotel with great rooms and great food!

Perfect overnight and welcoming stay and fabulous breakfast

All round good experience. Could not find fault. Room was a single but have stayed in doubles half the size. Breakfast was excellent and owners were friendly.

Last minute booking for a family of four in the middle of summer - wasn't sure what to expect. Found this Inn to be a fabulous place. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Food delicious - particularly the goat's cheese salad! - portions are very hearty! Ideal for walking, canoeing or just watching the world go by.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for.

A friendly family run pub with excellent meals, carvery, and breakfasts. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. The carvery was excellent with a choice of three roasts, eight vegetables and two different potatoes followed by a good choice of dessert. Breakfasts are equally good with a large choice.

An absolute gem of a place, very tastefully decorated, with everything you could need for a short break. Within easy walking distance of town.

Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx

Rooms were lovely and modern, very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful when we had a booking issue and sorted it out instantly. Plenty of parking and very quiet

Spent two nights at the Fox Inn. We used it as a the base for a mini break encompassing visit to some of the local National Trust and English Heritage properties in the area. The Inn has recently been taken over by Sarah, Mick and family. They are a very friendly team committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. We were looking for a reasonably priced comfortably B B base for our trip and the Fox certainly lived up to our expectations.

This Hotel does everything right. Firstly it's location is right next to Telford International Centre for conferences and exhibitions. Secondly it's a maximum 10 minutes walk to the South water development with a range of restaurants, Bella Italia etc, pubs, Hungry Horse, and entertainment Cineworld, Bowling Alley and more. It's well designed and easy to get to on foot( if the gate at the hotel is not closed you can cut across the Telford International Centre car park, making it even...

Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. Room had everything you needed - plenty of tea & coffee, as well as corkscrew and wine glasses 😉. Would recommend staying here.

The place is clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely. All staff were friendly and polite. Nice Hotel.
