"The classic room was excellent, with air conditioning. The staff were all very friendly and customer orientated. The hotel was easy to find, with free parking. Would use the hotel again if we were in the Telford area."

I marked it down on eco-friendliness because, when we arrived, our bedroom was far too hot and we had to open the window open as far as we could and leave it open after turning off the heating. Maybe this needs checking, by the chambermaids, to make fuel savings."
