"My family stayed just one day and night, its was great. We had a small Bar lunch which was nice over looking the lake in the sunshine when we arrived. My little girl, who is Autistic was treated with respect and kindness by all the staff we met, they helped accomodate her needs to use the pool, and provided us a FOC pint of milk to put in our small fridge in our room. I never leave reviews of any kind, but felt the hotel went the extra mile to help us, and made our short stay fun and memorable, it deserved a mention."
