Staff were so friendly and welcoming at any time of day (24hr) and it's great you need a key card to acess the lifts to the rooms from a safety point of view. The only downsides for me were no mirrors in the room and no access to a cooking or tea making area (though it's described on the website). The only thing we didn't like was they charge to store your bags (we've visited 9 hotels in 6 countries on this trip and they're the only one who charged). They offered us to take the early check in fee instead, which came with a room upgrade, but I didn't like having to pay extra for a service others offered for free." U2 train entrance is just next to it. This occasion we chose Standard City View room which has great view from our room toward the tower and Christmas Market under the hotel and opposite side of the station. Coffee pod machine in the room but you could request a kettle and teabags at the reception. The reception staffs were very friendly and very efficient. After checked out, the hotel offered us suitcase storage for €2 per luggage (stayed guest only). This is quite reasonable price than other luggage storage facilities near the station. Strongly recommended. We are very sure we’ll be back next time visiting Berlin for sure.
