10/10 Excellent

"This is a truly first rate hotel at a price that is lower than I would have expected in a major city. Rooms were large and luxurious, with a walk in closet as well as another closet. The balcony looked out on the city, and was a very nice touch. Staff were very helpful, and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was everything you would expect from a Michelin ** restaurant, including that it was pricey, but well worth it. Only niggle is that there was so much high tech automation about the room and it's lighting, that you could get confused what switch does what. Overall, it was a lovely experience I would repeat in a heartbeat."

"We were made to wait for check in(understandable) but the service was cold. When we then checked in at 3pm and went to room it had yet to be made and was filthy from the previous guests. What is most annoying is what happened/didn't happen next. No customer care, no management, pretty poor all round. The lack of service or care ruined the experience. Would never book again"
