Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later.

Lovely hotel chain, beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable bed and bedding. There is a small kitchen which was absolutely adequate for our short stay. Our studio room was overlooking the river with amazing views - I would definitely recommend this side rather than the city view. What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Bathroom / shower was amazing. It’s central but there isn’t much immediately surrounding (more of a residential area) so it was a bit of a walk to the nightlife… but this meant it was very quiet in the hotel!

Hotel great - clean functional comfy rooms and a fab breakfast provided. It’s opposite the Hasenheide Park so the perfect stop over to participate in their Parkrun! Hermanplatz minutes away which gives easy access to the centre of Berlin - so great location… surrounding area has seen better days but that isn’t on the hotel itself. Lots of places to get food nearby - cafe or supermarket - so you cant go hungry!!!

Lovely clean and well decorated Hotel. Very cost effective. I can see why this hotel has been voted as the best hostel to stay in Berlin, it is clear to see you get a lot for your money. This has been topped off by the wonderful and welcoming hospitality you get at Reception and during the stay which is 2nd to none. A much needed welcome drink is received to the complete the nice introduction to the accommodation. Great social atmosphere. Fellow stayers are warm and friendly.
