"We stayed 3 nights. This was a very good “heritage” style hotel. Large room, updated bathroom and we really enjoyed having the use of the kitchenette in the room. Very quiet super central to most things. A 20 minute walk to the Soho theatre district, Royal British Museum is in your backyard and one block off a major thoroughfare. Comfortable bed. We would stay here again."

"Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They did not put us in the original room booked but found a room as we booked after the first night. We would stay again. Seeing both rooms some are in better condition than others but they all were clean and spacious for a room in London."

"The hotel was very nice. Thankfully our room was ready after our long flight and we were able to check in early! The location was incredible, just a block away from British Museum and very close to the underground. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but everything else about the experience and stay were great!"

On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. We were finally given a room with the bedside lamps dangling off the wall and a very filthy carpet. It was a...
