Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

The property is really lovely and modern. The room we had ( King, Trafalgar ) is very spacious and the amenities are good. There’s loads to select from their breakfast buffet and the staffs were great as well. This property is close to public transport…underground and bus and very walkable to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Piccadilly, Chinatown and other tourist spots. There’s also loads of cafes and restaurants close nearby.

An exquisite hotel in a prime location within a short walk to top sights and restaurants. Next to Green Park tube station and Buckingham Palace. Outstanding service Throughout our 4 nights there. Fun bar scene with outdoor seating warmed by fires. Will book this hotel again!

The rates are higher than the mainstream/mass hotels but in the case of the St James Club & Hotel, you get value for every cent you pay, in impeccably furnished rooms and surroundings, attentive and friendly service from the moment you arrive at the front door, great food service, and a neighbourhood packed with options for dining, shopping and shows.

The hotel is very close to the Green Park underground station. The apartment has a full kitchen with everything you need for your trip. We cooked meals etc. There is a supermarket 200 meters from the hotel. It really fitted our needs and we had a great time!

Absolutely lovely check in experience from Glen. Very proffesionall and very knowledgeable. Room was okay it’s a shame about no windows but this is something that I knew before going so completely happy with it.

Amazing location for theatre and wonderful staff made our stay truly special.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful. A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday - we received the best service from all the staff, the room was decorated for his birthday and it was such a nice surprise for him. A place we will certainly be staying again when we come to London!

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...
