Cathy the receptionist was extremely helpful when my husband discovered he had forgotten to print some documents he needed for parking at cruise terminal. We were upgraded as it was our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and as a real treat was greeted with a lovely dessert treat saying Happy Anniversary and drinks voucher. Whole experience was 10/10 and a big thank you to Cathy and staff again. You made us a very happy couple . "
