"I chose the location near the cruise port. The propert was clean and the staff was very nice and professional. But in this day and age, knowing there are many international travelers, the failure to have USB ports in the rooms is inexcusable. Also, some hand towels/wash cloths would have been nice. I had to figure out how to open the drain valve in the tub."

"Hotel full of character, undergoing renovation in places but improvements have been made since we were last there. Dinner service was very good and if the weather’s nice it has a lovely patio area out back for dinner and a drink. Shame the pool was closed though."

"À deux pas d’un gros centre commercial et distance de marche de la gare et des lieux touristiques de la vieille ville. Parfait pour une nuit pré-croisière. De notre chambre au 7ème, on voyait les navires de croisière du quai Horizon. Super petit-déjeuner et bonne organisation de réservation de taxi."

"The hotel was an oasis after our flights in from the US. They had an excellent dinner & breakfast in the hotel, so we didn't have to hunt something up before heading to Portsmouth for our cruise. It was within walking distance of Southampton Common, for a nice walk as well."
