"Lovely decor and design, comfy beds. Very clean. Check in and staff generally need a little more polish to be considered truly 5 star. Room service dinner was nice apart from chunky chips with the fish and chips were hard."

"Chech in easy, staff very friendly. The room was very good, lighting under the bed came on when you walked by which was very useful in the night. Bar well organised and ample seating. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would not hesitate to stay there again."
