"Stay was ok. Car park difficult, v few signs etc so no idea where was going to get to reception. Road closures made accessing hotel difficult and staff didn't let us know about the potential issues. Room smelt a bit funny but was otherwise clean. Shower leaked water onto bathroom floor. Pool nice."

The dining room had very sticky tables not enough staff to clear and reset tables, also the hot drinks machines were not working, no member of staff available to help.
