"Really enjoyed my stay, my room was beautiful.The staff were super friendly, also my family spread my grandfathers ashes and had a tree planted for him by the groundsman.the staff and hotel was so accommodating and lovely to me and my family, can't thank them enough. I will coming up a few times a year in the future."

"Great location. The stack is loud but can’t be helped we slept well anyway. Mattress is comfy and great selection of tea/coffee. Bad points: I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The shower water doesn’t fully drain away causing the bathroom floor to flood every time you use it. The condensation in the room was terrible. Window ledges soaked and mouldy. For the price I personally wouldn’t stay again. From the reception it looks great but rooms need a lot of work. There is plenty of better hotels in central Newcastle for a better price. "
