It can accommodate up to 6 guests who will enjoy a wonderful garden, a refreshing pool and spectacular views over the Amalfi Coast. The villa is perfect for all kinds of guests: couples, families with children and groups of friends. The villa has got three big bedrooms with beautiful furnishings, a spacious living room, where guests can watch TV or surf the internet using a Wi-Fi connection, a well-furnished kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and kitchen utensils. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and another with a box shower and a washing machine. Two of the three bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms (on request). From the road leading to the villa, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Sorrentine Peninsula below you, the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius in the background, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Praiano and the golf of Salerno to the south. From the villa, you can admire the famous "Li Galli", three islands where the legendary mermaids bewitched the sailors by singing, causing a lot of ships to crash into the rocks. During the burning hours of the day, the sea and the sky tremble in the intense blue and wonderfully hot and bright climate. A gentle and welcoming breeze rises in the evening! Outside there is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden which overlooks the Amalfi Coast. The pool has a wide solarium equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, parasols and a shower. It is suitable for people with wheelchairs and families. The swimming pool is the perfect place to have breakfast and in the evening it is the ideal place to have a romantic supper by candlelight or a drink or a swim by moonlight. Guests can use the swimming pool from mid-April to October. Outside the villa there is a typical wooden and stone canopy, a wood-burning oven and all you need to prepare pizza and a delicious BBQ! The villa is the ideal setting for guests who love nature. The garden, 3000 square metres, offers a great range of plants such as roses, cikas plants, grapevines and lemons. There is a tilled footpath in the garden, which allows you to access and pick seasonal fruit and vegetables to prepare local dishes and enjoy the colours and the typical scents of the Mediterranean, which make the villa a small corner of heaven. The garden also has two elegant wooden gazebos and artistic benches, where you can relax with a drink, listen to music or admire one of the most beautiful sights of the Amalfi Coast. It has everything we needed. We spent wonderful evenings enjoying family dinner some days at the villa. Other nights we had wonderful meals up the street at local restaurants. The pool was a great entertainment for our granddaughter. And we must have had 10 long games of hide and seek exploring the different areas of the extensive gardens. There is a little village about 10 min walk from the property that has a grocery store with everything we wanted. There is a gelato shop that we frequented daily for gelato and espresso. The villa is absolutely incredible & modern with all amenities. The owners and property manager were always accessible and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The village of Sant' Agnello is a 5-10 minute walk from the villa where you can sit at a café and enjoy an espresso or gelato. There are also very good restaurants in town. Sorrento is about 10-15 minutes away by car and where we took a boat to Positano and Capri. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. We will definitely be back! ##### Paula B. From the driveway you can view another portion of the sea including 3 small islands. The gardens are exstensive and contain many fruit trees, olive trees, vegetables and roses as well as sitting areas not included in the photos here. The villa was clean and updated with a lot of nice finishes like screens on the windows and beautiful shutters. The entire property is fenced with an electric gate creating a private and secure space. Our children spent much time picking fruit and vegetables to eat and swimming in the beautiful pool. Really the view is so much better in person than the pictures! The villa is also located central to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi as well as an easy day trip to Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. Lastly the hosts were extremely welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay! ##### Katie E. This villa fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay,and immaculatly clean, We arranged transfers with the property company, were met at the airport and after 1 hour drive arrived at the property to be met by staff with the key and help with the cases. The villa is just a short walk from the local grocery shops, restaurant and bus stop. Although we did hire a car to explore the area, which was arranged via the local manager. The owners(Tina & Michele) and the manager could not do enough for you and were on 24hr call if required. You really could not ask for more. The near villages have good restuarants we regulary visted and would highly recommend La Stelluccia for excellent service, quality and price. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich. Wir haben eine Woche im Frühling dort verbracht und haben, weil es viel geregnet hat und kalt war, täglich die Heizung benötigt, was dann halt Extrakosten verursacht. Zudem ist das Haus innen relativ dunkel, aber im Sommer dann dafür schön kühl. Die Lage ist ruhig und ohne Verkehr, aber der Blick auf das Meer ist eher eingeschränkt. ##### Michael H. Ein traumhafter Blick über Tal und Amalfiküste garantiert ein entspanntes Frühstück in der Morgensonne am Pool. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen Equipment ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für große Familien. Toll ist der Steinofen vor dem Haus, an dem wir, nach Anheizen durch die ausgesprochen netten Eigentümer leckere Pizza gebacken haben. Kleiner Tip:; Gern mehr Teig machen... Was wir schwierig fanden, war die Busverbindung nach Positano, da der Bus in Colli di Fontanelle oft schon voll ist. Besser in Sorrent einsteigen oder ein Taxi nehmen... Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. For days at home, the pool, garden and views were great and the gazebo lovely for alfresco eating in all weathers! Plenty of room for a family. The owners (Miguel, Tina) and their family are extremely nice. They do not know much English , so study your Italian or use an online translation site. :) The only thing lacking was soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is a washer and drying rack. Bis nach Pompeji oder zum Vesuv braucht man eine Stunde bis 1,5 Std, da meist Stau ist, aber dafür liegt die Villa etwas abseits vom Trubel. Auf der Halbinsel gibt es tolle Wanderwege, einer beginnt direkt vorm Haus und geht an der Steilküste zum Meer hinunter. Der Garten am Haus ist sehr schön und die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Allerdings waren wir im April da und der Pool ist nicht beheizt, also nichts für zart beseitete.... Das Haus ist sehr sauber, leider war es als wir kamen nicht richtig vorgeheizt, so dass es es die ersten zwei Tage etwas zu kalt im Haus war. Für die Heizung bezahlt man extra. Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit genossen. Im April sind Besichtigungen und Wanderungen bei 20 grad wunderbar zu bewältigen. ##### Lisa S. Everything was well stocked and super clean. The pool was spacious and pristine with plenty of comfy loungers. Miguel and Tina were hospitable to the extreme and invited us to use the produce from their garden that the kids and parents really enjoyed. We did not rent a car and enjoyed the challenge of the walk to town for meals and the grocery store. Little tip: the store will deliver your food if it’s more than you can carry. Carmine the house manager was phenomenal. Arranged transportation. Dinner reservations. Pizza party (I’m still full) and even drove us himself when taxis weren’t available. Next vacation I am just going to have Carmine tell me everything and sit back and relax. Suggestions for improvement: initially, the beds were a bit hard for us Americans. But we all got used to them and our backs have never felt better. Also, some ceiling fans would have been lovely. There is good a/c but we would have loved some air flow at night to leave the windows open to fall asleep to the sound of the countryside. Try la Perla or Stella Lucia for dinner. Go to Saint Angelo. Have Carmine arrange a private boat to go to Capri and swim in the most picturesque setting ever. Do I look like Sophia Loren? Our host was really extraordinary and his hospitality great. The house has two bedrooms, the third is rather small maybe for 2 kids. We did enjoy our stay very much. Carmine the local agent arranged everything even a taxi at short notice. For hassle free luxury transfer opt for the airport pickup service they provide. Were met at the property by Carmine and the owners Michelle and Tina and were taken on a tour of the property and extensive gardens, you are invited to help yourself to the produce which includes vast numbers of peppers, aubergines and tomatoes and more exotic fruits including kiwi fruits and pomegranates which are ready November time . The shopping we had requested was waiting for us, but if you need to top up or forget anything the village supermarket stocks pretty much everything and are very helpful they open mornings and evenings. The village has 3 restaurants and a couple of bars, you can order a drink and they will bring it out to you in the piazza and we never paid over 15 euros for 5 drinks. Ate at Stelluccia at the top of the road 3 times, large menu with plenty to please everyone even fussy kids, we ate early but didn't really get busy until 9pm, Francesco our waiter was a great help and looked after our family each time we visited . We paid for the pizza party at the house which was fantastic, bring a big appetite as you wont go away hungry and Michelle's homemade wine was excellent he makes nearly a thousand liters a year.
