Room was clean and spacious enough. We were upgraded from a partial sea view to full sea view, and it was amazing - we would def book the full sea view next time. The staff is so friendly, the private swim area was gorgeous, and the location is perfect. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Europa Hotel. The location can't be beat. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They made you feel at home. The breakfast could be improved. Other than that we would certainly come back again.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff took care of all our little details. The hotel is well-located, clean, and spacious. The staff is courteous and accommodating, and the beach area is also very clean and well-staffed. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, which is great.

The property is absolutely beautiful. As soon as you pull into the driveway, the view from the terrace is magnificient. The rooms were perfect. We were traveling with my son and his family and it was the perfect location.

Not only was this hotel absolutely stunning, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was wonderful. It was a short three to four minute walk to the center where all the shopping and restaurants are and just far enough away to where the location was peaceful and quiet. The train station is a very short walk as well which made it very convenient for some of the day trips we took. The walk to the ferry port was a bit longer, but still very doable. We loved our one week stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel. Excellent breakfast indoors or outdoors. Our room was spacious, with two balconies and a great view of the ocean. Room service was excellent, towels changed twice a day. By far one of my favourite of our 20 day, 6 hotels, vacation.

Amazing Hotel in the perfect part of sorrento. Easy access to ferry system, amazing restauraunts, and train access. The room was absolutely beautiful, along with the cliffs edge balcony, over looking thr private beach club(free and only for guests) and special shout out to Paola who helped me witha very special request for a Ferrari Red Vespa, for a sunset cruise thru the mountains. We will certainly stay here again.

This is a stunning property! From the views to the lobby to the oceanfront pool, it’s truly 10/10 across the board. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We had an amazing experience! Everything was top notch. The front desk professionally ironed my wedding gown after hours of traveling with it and wow, they did a phenomenal job. The property is so well maintained and always very clean. We can’t wait to come back one day.
