The hotel was wonderful, clean, spacious. helpful and courteous staff, great amenities, pool and restaurants. Hotel rooms were clean and modern with wonderful views and a short walk to the main square and ferries. I would highly recommend.
Friendly and very attentive staff. We had a very nice room that was clean and a nice ocean view. Breakfast selection and quality was very good.Great pool and amazing staff there too. Walk into town was short but walk back was a little up hill. Excellent hotel in good location.
Overall, our stay was very good. The breakfast was excellent and welcome champagne and snacks in the room when we arrived were lovely.
What could’ve made it even better:
There was a conference going on when we arrived yet the staff didn’t indicate which of the amenities were available and which weren’t. For example we couldn’t use the indoor pool until after 6 PM at which point we were out and about for dinner
So it was a little disappointing to not be able to use the amenities on the property
The Hilton Sorrento Palace was an exceptional hotel. Our room was facing the Bay Of Naples with Vesuvius standing right across the bay. The room was clean and we had maid service every day. All the staff were lovely and helpful and eager to chat. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with masses of choice (hot & cold) with again fantastic views of the bay and Vesuvius. Lovely pool and pool bar serving most of the day. Hotel has good vibes, cheerful and spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. Restaurant choice numerous but pricy however excellent quality. Would highly recommend.
Hotel was nicely redone and finished in 2026. Rooms new, facilities in great shape. Staff were excellent. It is a bit of an up hill walk so be prepared, especially if it is hot out, you'll be showering when getting back to hotel from town.
Complete relaxation! We appreciated everything the Hilton had to offer with its beautiful modern conveniences. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and the wait staff in the restaurants and our housekeeping staff in particular were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us to easily stroll to the busier shopping and restaurant district. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others we know traveling to Sorrento.
Great hotel. Good service. Very clean and AC was excellent as rooms stayed cold at night during the summer heat. However, upkeep was slightly lacking with a few soaps missing and battery of the safe inoperative. Easily fixed with a call to housekeeping. Indoor pool was out of service, but outdoor pool made up for it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
Big rooms and lovely spacious hotel! Would definitely return. Breakfast selection was great with an extensive variety of hot and cold food, plus gluten free options for my wife.
Everything about the hotel was outstanding a bit further from town and if walking the hill is a little tough but the staff and the property make it worth the walk and a good thing after you eat in town
Wonderful home base for exploring Ischia and Sorrento. Located at the top of a hill made it quiet and wonderful views, but somewhat hard to navigate for frequent walks into town with kids (but manageable). Breakfast buffet exquisite. Indoor pool perfect (outdoor pools closed due to season).
