This hotel is stunning, location ia perfect, views are breathtaking😍😍😍. The staff were very friendly very delightful and willing to help even with the language barrier. Rooms are vintage but I like that only problem was the shower got floot wet, thats the only negative everything else superb😍😍😍😍😍

Great location, nice staff, clean and tidy. Loved the hotel. My only issue was that breakfast was a bit difficult. Being vegan there wasn't many options and despite asking for additional fruit each day they still came back with small portions. Ideally the staff would have offered to get something in for people with different diets. That said it wasn't buffet (due to covid) and when things hopefully return to buffet style servings this would no longer be an issue - so realistically a small temporary problem. More vegan options at meal times would be much appreciated! Would be happy to return to here!

Situated high above Sorrento with magnificent few of Vesuvio. We stayed in special “Corona-times” and were impressed by all the precautions which mad eus feel totally safe. The staff is superb. The restaurants outstanding. The pool area is due for some renovation as we understand but was still very nice. Altogether we had a wonderful time!

Thank you to Francesca and Nicola the Sommelier for providing a wonderful Wine tasting on our 35th wedding anniversary.Thank you to Gustave and his wonderful team in the dining room for their exemplary service.The room was serviced beautifully (even remembering where my wife left an article of clothing that we couldn't find late in the evening).Cannot wait to return.Thank you all.
