Great hotel in a brilliant location with excellent food

Had a fantastic stay at the Marymount hotel. My room 36 was a upgraded room new bathroom, massive king size bed. Very quiet and a fantastic view of the hills. Breakfast was really good loads of choices. And the food at night was good too. The staff a really nice. Shout out to Maria,Andy and Allana for making us feel so welcome.

Great location, close to Thirlmere and Keswick. Excellent service from friendly staff. Cosy room that’s been modernised.

The hotel is a definite 11/10 it is stunning. The fact that it is only 2 minutes from the shops and 10 minutes walk to the lake makes it even better and the views are incredible. Breakfast was perfect as well and the staff were fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Very handy position, only a few minutes from the centre of Keswick. Very good options for breakfast. Good value. Will definitely come again.

Rooms were spotless . Very welcoming people , parking is a must. Breakfast was 10/10. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Views from the rooms are stunning. I will stay again.

We stayed one night at the Victorian house as we had planned a last minute visit to the lakes due to particularly good weather forecast for this time of year. The staff were very welcoming; the room was as described ‘cosy’ and furnished beautifully. The breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choice. We would definitely look to stay again, especially as it was such good value for money and right in the centre of the village.

Only stayed one night with my wife but thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean room, nice polite staff, nice food and the views are stunning. Will be back definitely 👍

This was our second stay at the Daffodil Hotel in Grasmere having previously stayed in February. The hotel is very clean and tidy with a very friendly and helpful reception staff. The onsite parking is great. Our room was a decent size and was very clean with good standard facilities (TV, air-conditioning, complimentary water, hairdryer etc) The spa facilities are acceptable and the only downside to the hotel is it's lack of swimming pool. This is a very nice hotel with very friendly owners, also family friendly. 5mins taxi ride in to Keswick for half the price of a Keswick hotel.

Idyllic village pub with beautiful scenic views. Would highly recommend this place as there is plenty of walking trails on your doorstep. This place has a lovely traditional pub layout, fantastic food with plenty of choice, all staff super friendly and the rooms were on point. WiFi great throughout the property. Very clean accommodation. Excellent breakfast with varied choices. Dinner menu varied, well presented and tasty. Staff very freindly and helpful. Conveniently located to all amenities. Very happy overall and would certainly stay again.
