Nobody was there when we arrived. Our transfer driver had to keep calling. Finally 20 min later someone showed up to let us in. I was waiting with my wife and 4 kids in a hallway. There is no concierge. None at all. And we did not get a welcome drink. We are a family of 6 including 4 children. Our room was only stocked with 4 towels??? As well, only 2 toilet paper rolls. All this is very important as “limited linen service “ actual means “NO” linen service. There is supposed to be air conditioning. There is. It is very week and only on main floor. To boot, it only works from 9 am to10:30 pm. Apparently, the building shuts these units off during the other time period. So basically, the room is air conditioned when nobody is in it. Who goes to Rome to stay in their room? When we needed it at night it was stifling hot. The showers back up. Basically one stands in their own filth. They are also rusted and moldy. YUCK! The ad pics are touched up. Room is more old and dated. Not as nice as pic. We stayed 3 days. Rooms never cleaned, garbage never removed. Towels and toilet paper never replenished. I actually called the room contact on our third day to ask for more towels and toilet paper. I was told it was not possible. At best this is a 3 star. I would not recommend a stay.

Spacious apartment with excellent location

It is great if you are wanting to be near classic tourist attractions. It was clean and spacious. However the walls seemed to be very thin, you can literally hear everything from next door.

Best Location

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of everything. The apartment is spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had our family of 7 stay for several nights and loved the entire experience. Thank you Trevi Miracle Suites for making our trip so memorable.
