Difficult to find fault with anything - maybe the lifts could have been a bit quicker and how to use the lift to the basement breakfast room made clearer. The windows could maybe have been cleaner but everything else was just spot on, especialy the staff who were all super friendly and efficient."

"This was the first time that we have used the Z hotels and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room is only as wide as the length of the double bed, however the design of the facilities was excellent and the shower room was so well laid out it was better than some larger hotel bathrooms. We would stay again."
