"Great central Bath location and one of the best hotel spas I've visited in the UK. Not many are fed by hot spring water! If you're not planning on using the spa it's probably not worth the price, but I would certainly come here again for a special occasion."

"Stayed here to go to the Robbie Williams concert in Bath It was reasonable price compared to a lot of others in the area and walking distance to the Crescent and train station The room was lovely and clean with a river view and lovely comfy beds. The bathroom was clear and a good shower. The breakfast was fantastic - everything you could possibly want and the gentleman showing everyone to their tables was really friendly and a credit to the hotel"

"Comfortable room, very clean. The only thing was that the food was not cleared away quickly enough from the outside seating area which attracted a gull who started eating the leftover food. "

Slept perfectly until 7am when I had a refreshing shower, delicious breakfast, and was picked up by my taxi. I was at home in central Bristol to give my disabled breakfast after my first respite break after 9 months of 24/7 caring for my husband. There couldn’t have been a better end to a most wonderful relaxing time in Italy, thank you. "
