Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. Taxi approx 5-6 euros from fanabe beach. The pool was freezing! But we were here end of November when the temps are lower than average. It would probably be quite refreshing in the summer months! Overall excellent! We will be back!
