Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. All staff are very helpfull and polite. It may be time for the appartements to be freshened up and bathrooms fittings could do with being replaced. The pool is heated which was fantastic. The 2 bed apartments are a good size with 2 bathrooms. Cleaned every second day. No pool towels provided but we used the apartment ones and kept them when clean ones were provided. Lidl is across the road and many other shops in walking distance. My son was disappointed that the gym wasn’t open despite it being advertised. Late checkout accommodated for €10 per hour. Breakfast was not worth the price, it was very precise what belonged to the breakfast for example had to choose between juice and coffee and couldn't get butter for bread if it wasn't in the menu for that specific dish and when asked if the breakfast eggs could be done fully cooked instead of medium which they usually were, it was responded that it would cost extra. It was mentioned in the booking site that sports center would be included in the accommodation but however when asked from reception, there were no sports center. Sofa-bed in the room was not long enough for adult and uncomfortable to sleep.
