"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). "Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"

"The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable. "My daughters and I stayed in early Aug. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the indoor pool is lovely. You’re opposite Fistral Beach, the surf hire shop next door is ideal. Parking is not great, make sure you pre-book or you’re in trouble! The food at Breakfast is Ok but nothing special. The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely go back, but only if the parking was pre-booked. "
