"We stayed for 4 nights and had a 1:30 am check in. The staff was so great! I was given A universal plug immediately, when I needed a rental car, they set it up in 5 minutes. Returning the rental was as easy as handing the concierge the key. On our last day, they set up breakfast 30 minutes prior due to an early train. Room service, exceptional. The ambience was exceptional. The feel and staff made my first trip to Spain stress free. I was able to enjoy Sevilla! "
