Seville All inclusive Holidays

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

MOST AMAZING HOTEL ever! This is the place to stay in Seville. The staff was beyond helpful and incredibly gracious. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Luxury and hospitality all in one!

Beautiful hotel and the staff catered to everything we needed. The breakfast in the mornings were especially impressive! Great food, great service!

We stayed a week in the Exe Macarena [for the first time though we are fro travellers to Seville]. On the + front, the rooftop pool was great and at the weekend the rooftop bar was open, which was also great. Cleaning staff were great and the breakfast was great. Negatives: the tv has no English channels; the bedroom walls have ZERO soundproofing - we were in room 473 and we had a Mexican-style trumpet and shouting for two nights; the minibar was tiny and useless for holding water; no water was provided for guests; no reliable wifi in the bedroom; and unbelievably, the bar wanted to charge me €3 for some ice when we went to retire for the night. There was no water at reception to rehydrate. The pillows in the bedroom were simply unusable - I actually bought a soft pillow! Very annoyingly, I scanned the QR code for the loyalty scheme [Star Traveller] and entered my details. I was promised that I would receive a verification email, but I never did. I brought this to the attention of reception staff on 5 occasions. Nothing - the scheme does not exist. It's clear that the main business is bus tours but they take clients for fools! Staff attitude and management is the worst we have ever experienced in Spain in 30+ years. There is a terrible meanness to the business and total unresponsiveness. [eg I wrote a feedback email and didn't receive any reply.] Despite the rooftop pool, I couldn't stay again - it is only the total lack of response has prompted this review. We're SHOCKED!

Nice lobby, pool was great to cool off after tons of exploring. The hotel is much more dated than photos indicate. The room smelled weird but AC mostly got rid of it at least enough to get used to it and sleep ok
