"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...

"Lovely hotel in great location. 10 mins walk to all attractions. Lovely room with balcony. Spacious and good bathroom. Pool area was very busy so hard to get a lounger on a hot 37 degree day and lots of people in the pool. Valet parking was brilliant but watch your google maps carefully as if you don’t get it the first time it will redirect you down much smaller alleys."
