"This is an amazing historic property, consisting of a main building and some 40 joined adjacent buildings. Our room was probably the most spacious we ever stayed in Europe. Going from the reception desk to our room took 4 and a half minutes, a tunnel, and 3 separate elevators, needed if you have luggage. Bathroom was newly renovated with a jacuzzi. TV had 5 channels, all in Spanish, not even a single news channel in English, but we were not there to watch TV. I’m sure you will enjoy your stay like we did ours!"

"I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. We chose this hotel due to location and also the luxury of it from my mother‘s 90th birthday. The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never stayed six nights in a hotel before and when I left, I felt like I was family.. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever and they exceeded all expectations Would like to, especially give a shout out to Oscar, bartender, Andres, and Alberto. There are so many more that I did not get their names, but these three stood out for going above and beyond customer service and friendliness. See you in May 2025"
