"Good service. Check on was quick and lady was friendly. Room was really nice with comfy beds. Only thing was view from window was non existent just other windows so no natural light. Overall liked the room- good size. had a kettle. Nice bathroom. Complimentary minibar was a lovely bonus. Bullring and Trianna bridge was 5 min walk. Cathedral and other sites were 15 min walk. Had plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Enjoyed my experience in hotel "

"The air conditioner was amazing for a HOT summer in Sevilla. The area was walkable and the staff was great- we were greeted with drinks and they took care of our taxi requests during our stay. The only drawback was getting a hold of an iron. The room was nice and we had daily service but it was a shame we didn’t have an iron in our room. "

"A charming hotel whose rooms are connected homes in the old part of Seville. Access for some is through long underground tunnels with stone floors and walls. The rooms are large and spacious, with classical furniture. This is no problem and to be expected in this unique hotel, located in the heart of the old city close to the famous sites. The rooftop pool is large for standing groups of guests in refuge from the heat. "

"More than a boutique hotel IMHO. The breakfast was freshly prepared, the bathrooms were all clean. Front desk staffs were diligently supporting every visitor. Strategically located in Santa Cruz district, so you can access the Alcazar, Catedral, and the Square de Espana within 15 minutes of walk. The aircon was strong and quiet to handle the 95F heat in July. Thus the room was quieter and elegant. I had my best sleep in Europe at this hotel. I would choose this place if I return to Sevilla again. "

"Location is amazing. Clean and very helpful staff. Room was always tidy up and ready each day. We stayed with 2 children and they were very comfortable in bunk beds. Breakfast was Beyond excellent we looked forward to all the delish and healthy options. AC was big problem on the top floor ( I think it was 3rd) because that floor was not as insulated as the floors below so it was hot and the AC could not cool enough in the very hot June weather, family staying in the other floors were perfectly cooled. So ask for lower rooms. Other than that inconvenience I would totally go back knowing this. It was a lovely little hotel and VERY helpful staff."
