As it is conveniently situated on the ground floor, there are no stairs and there is direct access from the apartment terrace to the communal pool and garden. The pool also has a separate, shallow children's area. The community rules state that the pool area must not be used between 3 and 5pm, during the siesta time. We kindly ask you to respect this, Thank you! Inside the apartment, there is an open-plan sitting room where guests can enjoy a large Smart TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pretty breakfast terrace overlooking the pool The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twins. There are two bathrooms. One has been recently renovated and has a stunning walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower Guests can enjoy the 20 minute walk along the pretty seafront to the centre of Puerto Pollensa where there are plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is very child-friendly and there is a wooden play area which will entertain your little ones for hours. There are also plenty of reasonably priced bike hire shops in the port, so you can easily hire bikes and cycle into the centre of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia old town. No car needed! Although there is a dedicated parking space next to the apartment if you do decide to hire a car. This property ticks a lot of boxes. It is particularly popular for families, cyclists, and friends wanting to stay close to the beach. Close to the sea and beach and nearby restaurants. The property itself was spacious and had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It could possibly do with a couple more sun beds as some days there were 3 families round the pool and also some residents from the building and only about 6-7 sun beds altogether, but we came and went from the beach most days anyway so it wasn’t a big issue. Very close to the beach and a couple of lovely restaurants. About 10 minutes walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa along the front. A little spar near by too for bread and croissants in the morning. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with a home from home feel about it. Great access straight onto the pool which was freezing at this time of year but the kids were still in it most days! The lack of sea view was definitely made up for by the way the pool area was sheltered from the breeze, making it a little sun trap in the afternoon. Wendy's instructions and information were very clear for getting us to the key pick up place and to the apartment. The apartment was perfect, plenty of room and good sized bedrooms, the kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The outside space, the pool and the garden was just the icing on the cake and was enjoyed by everyone especially when our grandson was having his siesta! We have been to Puerto Pollensa several times so roughly knew where the apartment was, we loved its position, very close to the beach, several nice restaurants and bars close by and a nice walk into the center which we did many times. Wendy the owner was very nice to deal with, her instructions for key pick up etc were excellent. We would certainly stay at the apartment again and we were very sorry to leave!! ##### Peter K. We really made the most of our stay though but rarely used the pool as there are restrictions from 3pm to 5pm daily post siesta. There’s also a Spanish family with a rather annoying yappy dog in one of the other ground floor apartments that they allow around the pool all day which surprised me. I understand they spend most of the summer there too, so be aware of this if you are booking. All that said, the agent was super helpful when the washing machine didn’t work and fixed the issue as soon as they could. All in all not great value for money and we won’t be staying again but can’t thank the agent enough for their help. Would certainly consider using the agent again, but that’s about it. Location was chosen as it’s a quiet area towards the lower part of Llenaire. Shame about the restrictions and that blooming dog… 🐶 ##### Andy O. Logement très agréable, spacieux, avec accès direct à la piscine, assez peu fréquentée même en juillet. Linge, draps, et serviettes de bain à disposition. Très bien équipé avec four, LV, LL, SL. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, et mention spéciale, il nous a laissé profiter du logement quelques heures de plus pour attendre notre taxi pour l'aéroport. Seul point d'amélioration: du matériel de cuisine et des couverts! 6 couteaux et fourchettes pour un appartement pour 6...pas besoin d'utiliser le lave vaisselle... Et s'il vous plait, mettez une ou deux grandes poêles :). They had also set up our travel cot and provided a high chair which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was perfect for the quiet beach holiday we wanted! Just a short walk from the beach and in a quiet area for some peaceful nights. The pool was also perfect and was quite quiet during our stay which made it feel quite private which was nice. Nette Vermieterin, die sich schnell und unkompliziert kümmert. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe auch bei später Ankunft. Parkplätze vorhanden. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Minutes away from the beach, restaurants and bars. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great pool. Great for the family, easy to get out and about or just relax. ##### Craig B. With the flight, transport etc all booked it was too short notice to change. We did have a 20% refund but it was so disappointing . The apartment was fine. Also disappointed to have to go to the agent in Pollensa to get the apartment key. Which cost an extra 10 euros on the taxi . ##### Wendy C. Our kids usually share a room on holiday so we didn't think we'd need the third bedroom but actually it was great being able to separate them! The kitchen has everything you'd need and there are plenty of beach toys and other useful things in the utility room. The air con is very good though we didn't need it every night - the apartment is cool and the ceiling fans do a good job. The pool is quite small but great for kids - they spent literally hours in there. The beach is practically on the doorstep, and one of the nicest I have ever been to - white sand and warm sea. The town is a very pretty 20 min walk away and if you haven't got a car, the bikes at the apartment are very useful and a lot of fun to explore on. I did all the supermarket shopping by bike with a big rucksack! There are a few good local restaurants and a Spar for the basics. We got taxi transfers to and from the airport, organised for us by the property company, with lovely drivers who were very helpful and hospitable. We really appreciated the tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and wine that awaited us on arrival in the apartment. All in all a lovely place to stay, with very thoughtful hosts, and if we return to the area, we would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Polly C. Recently returned from a 1 week stay at this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed for a lovely stay (a home from home experience). The pool, whilst not heated, was warm and inviting and even though it was shared with others, we pretty much had it to ourselves a lot of the time. I stayed with my husband, son, girlfriend and 2 grandchildren and there was plenty of room for us all. The toys, games and DVD's (although we didn't use all) were great and kept the kids entertained when they're weren't in the pool! There are 2 nice restaurants and a beach bar/restaurant within a 2 minute walk away and others further along the front. The walk into the centre was a pleasant one but took around 20 mins to get to. We hired bikes during our stay, which were delivered and picked up from a mutually agreed hotel nearby, which was very useful. Just call them and ask for delivery (http://www.multi-hire.com). We used them to ride into Pollensa Old Town, which was beautiful and well worth a visit (ride took about 20 mins along a flat cycle track). We hired them for 24 hours so made the most of it and also used them to ride along to the centre for an evening meal. One another day, we got a boat across to Formentor beach which was stunning so would highly recommend the trip. We arrived via a shared transfer (www.airporttransfers.co.uk), drop off/pick up point was the Galeon Hotel (2 mins from the apartment). Service was prompt and effortless.
