About this property

"Casa Montana" Holiday house for 6 persons with Private Pool

  • This house is located in the Las Palmeras area of Port de Pollensa Mallorca and is a mere 15 minutes stroll from both the sandy beach and the thriving centre of the port.
    The house itself offers 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size double bed , the other bedrooms have twin single beds . There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor, (one being an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with a walk in shower).
    The house has full air conditioning throughout including the bedrooms.
    The ground floor has a delightful lounge area with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player with radio.
    The dining area has ample seating and a separate kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet and wash basin.
    Outside :-
    External features are a private swimming pool (depth of 2.4mtrs to 1.2 mtrs at the shallowest point), a purpose built barbecue with separate al fresco dining area and chairs. there is a sun lounge area with sun beds along with a shaded canopy area and a hard surface area .
