Great ! They really take care of the space, and keep everything clear. Go up to help you as soon as you need it. Restaurants very close by and only about a 15 minute walk to the Main Street of Quinta Avenida.

The breakfast was awesome. Fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juices, and table service. No line buffet stuff. An undiscovered hotel fabulously located right in the middle of everything. The pool is.....perfect. 10 days and very happy 😊

What a great hotel everybody was so friendly and it’s about a five minute walk to the beach. Jorge was great and made me feel very welcome. Helped me get a company to help wash the clothes. The breakfast was OK but the coffee downstairs was delicious.

The room floors were dirty and the washroom was not cleaned, staff was nice but there was some communication problems. Location is difficult to find with two google map addresses so plan carefully, doesn’t look anything like the picture.

Hotel Zenyt is a good place for solo travelers. The location is good, not far from beach , 5th ave , Walmart and Mexican bus station ( not the tourist bus station on 5th) The free breakfast is fruit, eggs & coffee. The only complaint I have is they did not fill up the “two” kerig capsules each day. I stayed 3 nights and got tired of asking for coffee. I went to Walmart and bought my own

We couldn’t ask for better. The place is clean and in quiet neighborhood. Staff are amazing. The clean service made a cute stuffie out of towel for my little one. She was over the moon. Thank you

Nice, new and modern hotel. About a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. The area was quieter and less touristy, but still right in Centro and walking distance to many areas. There were some nice local restaurants close to the hotel. We always felt safe walking in the area day or night. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant) were always friendly and helpful! A la carte breakfast was tasty and filling. Definitely a great small boutique hotel in Playa del Carmen that we would recommend and stay again!

La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa, bonitas instalaciones, no sabíamos que la reserva incluía el roof de ese y otros hoteles y el acceso a un club de playa. Único detalle en la habitación, el agua se tardaba en ir en la regadera
