We had a little issue with late CHECK in but the receptionist sorted us out. The hotel staff was super helpful and cleaners done such a great job. We stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

The room was nice, but the a/c I could barely feel it. I needed to point it directly to me to get a good sleep. The bed was amazing, I did rest! I didn’t use the kitchen so I’m not sure if it worked well. The pool was great, the view was great! The location it’s also great, close to everything! Overall it was a great stay! Just the a/c was my main concern.

your told to put your toilet paper in a trash can before flushing the toilet, my A/c is limited to 21 wich is not even the case cuz its feel like it was 27 degres hot in the room with the A/C ON. I stayed 1h30 in the hotel, just enought time to try the pool on the roof top with them useless sun tannins bed full of mold. I when straigh to the réception to tell them that i dont want to stay in a place like this and he just say ok bye after giving them back the room cards. I could have stay a night to try but when ive read outside that we had to be back at the hotel at 11h pm before they close the door. That part made me feel very insecure witch make my wife switch is mind on the hotel so we straigh when back to an other hotel that we had book 8 month ago . We are very sad cuz we had high expectation, but the picture show and what we got was not as expected .

I wanted a hotel that was relaxing and away from the busyness of Quinta Avenida. This hotel was a great location and the rooms were immaculate. Great bonus if you want kitchenette features. The pool and rooftop facilities need a little love but otherwise, hotel was everything I needed.

It’s an economical hotel to stay in. Also a great location in the playa del Carmen. Los of convenient stores and a Walmart just 3min away walking distance. The room I stayed in had a kitchen that provided pots and cooking utensils. It’s also close to many great local restaurants that serve delicious authentic Mexican food. It’s great because there isn’t many tourist in that area and ferries are easy to get to from here. Isla Mujers being the best beach to go too by ferry from downtown Cancun. Just didn’t understand why they only took cash for payment for entire stay of my visit.

The hotel is very well located. It's walking distance to the bus station and main street, at the same time is far from the noise and crowds. The rooms have everything needed, clean and spacious. The pool on the roof is something very special.

Meliora is a nice budget hotel and one of my go-to places to stay in Playa del Carmen. Low season prices were great value for money for a solo traveller. The location is perfect for pretty much anything, including getting to both bus stations. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. It's nice to have a rooftop pool. The only thing I don't like here is the shower: water never gets fully hot. It wasn't a big deal when staying for just one night, but on longer stays (or more expensive time of the year) it might be an issue.
