2 BR suite both king beds. AC was nice in each room. Many ceiling fans as well. Staff was great. Room was super clean, had a well stocked basic kitchenette. Housekeeping was on point. Free coffee at reception was a nice touch. Pool needs a scrub. Could use blackout curtains in back bedroom. Also noisy there. Front room quiet. Suite ground floor facing garden/pool. Location amazing. Fantastic coffee shop next door. Amazing value for price.

It has a good location, great staff and parking. The down side of it is that hotel needs a BIG renovation, everything looks updated. The AC is really noisy and beds are not as comfortable.

The experience was fantastic! The nights are very quiet and cozy here but the best part is that you're only a few steps away from 5th. Feels like a mini resort in the middle of the action!

You get what you pay for. I stayed here with my sister for seven nights and it was perfect for the price and what we needed. It is located in a good area close to 5th avenue. Parking was free and secure. Our room was clean. There are very few amenities. Only hand soap is provided. The rooms are older, but the pictures match the current state of the hotel. Again this is not fancy or luxurious at all, but the price and location it was perfect for my vacation

The hotel is under new management I had stayed at it before and it was a disaster. this time, everything had changed. The wifi worked, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It all went well from my check-in with a young lady named Lorena. She was welcoming and understood my reluctance, but was reassuring, and she was right. I would stay again

Never in my life have I stayed in such a horrible dump — holes in the doors, mold in the bathroom, no hot water for the first three days, countless mosquitoes, bare light bulbs hanging from wires, and no working lights in the main room. On top of that, for over a week during my stay, there was heavy construction noise right behind my room starting at 8:30 AM and going on until late evening — so loud it was impossible to sleep or even stay in the room in the morning. That said, I have to mention the location is very convenient — just 100 meters from Fifth Avenue — and the staff was relatively friendly and didn’t cause me any particular issues. Even though the sheets and towels looked unwashed, there was no shampoo in the toilet, and no soap shelf in the shower room. In conclusion, if you’re looking for something cheap and don’t care about the quality of your stay, you can go ahead and choose this hotel. But if you want something even slightly better, don’t try to save a few bucks — it’s not worth it.

Beautiful courtyard with lots of shade and foliage. Room was clean, with great AC. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Notably, Rodrigo at the front desk helped us out with booking an excursion, dealing with airport transportation and was great for recommending local food spots! Also, the manager Carmello the coati is adorable. Recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay.
