"Their clean initiative of having the maid come ever 3 days was really great since we didn't need them everyday. In return the hotel gave us vouchers for food and bottles of wine. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. I felt very safe in the hotel because to access the floors with rooms you required your key card for the elevator. Overall, a very clean, modern hotel in the middle of London."

"This is the perfect location for exploring London. I took the tiny single room, just right for one person who needed somewhere to rest but had a busy itinerary the rest of the time. The staff helpfully posted on an item when I had forgotten it too, emailing before I even realised it was missing. I’ll stay here again on my next London visit."

We were able to check in to our room earlier than 3pm which was such a bonus after an early morning flight and able to freshen up before we hit the city. the rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and modern and cleaned thoroughly each day. The location is ideal as only a 2 min walk from Victoria Train/Underground. also being able to leave cases in their storage facility after check out was so convenient and at no extra charge. The thing that really stood out was the amazing staff who were always available to help and nothing was ever too much trouble. "
