"The location was good, tram access from the train station was not far and easy. Amenities and gym was great. Main issue was the rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the noise from outside and the people upstairs were so heavy footed."

The staff were ok we didn't really have much to do with them Breakfast was ok, however some fresh cut fruit rather than a fruit salad would have been nicer. Good selection of hot and cold foods. The air-conditioning is excellent it kept the room comfortable for our whole stay. We loved that there was an old fashioned key to open our room door. Overall it was a good stay."

The city bus is across the street takes you into Florence for 2 euros but make sure you validate your ticket front of bus to avoid a hefty fine. I loved that we could cook breakfast before heading out and there is a grocery store onsite."

Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and privacy."
