Hotel THB Felip - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"The hotels is in a lovely position and is very nicely kept. I would like to congratulate the manager for all his staff who were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay , from the waiters and bar staff to the chefs and receptionists and also the cleaners and even the handyman , they were always happy to see us and were so polite and friendly and always said good morning and hello with a smile. So thank to you all for making our stay so lovely."

"The pool area is lovely however did not appreciate the life guard spitting on the floor when walking round. Last year we stayed here and we were able to grab a croissant before the dining room fully opened as we had an early flight. This year asked the dining room staff if we could grab a roll and was told no and to get out of the dining room even though it was only 5 minutes before official opening. Thought this was a little disappointing. Breakfast not bad and quite a nice choice and fresh. Sometimes found the hallways a little noisy with kids etc but acceptable. Overall this is a good hotel it is a little walk away from the bars but not a problem for us. Easy walk to Cala bona and a short bus ride to sa coma. We had a better room this time round, still very clean, however the toilet was a little wobbly!! We would return here again as loads of sun loungers, pool huge and clean but think we will try another part of the island next year."

"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."

Grupotel Aguait Resort & Spa - Adults Only

"All areas very clean. Rooms need updating. This is a very good hotel but a few minor alterations could make it excellent. So for example, no mineral water is provided in the rooms except for on the day of arrival. Waiting staff look miserable with the exception of a few who were excellent. The cost of having a safe is expensive 12 euros for a week. Not enough tables outside in the main restaurant. Rooms should have robes and slippers. A few minor points but if these were addressed the hotel would get 5 stars from me instead of 4."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Pedruscada?

The best area to stay in Pedruscada is along the main Pedruscada Beach, particularly the properties directly overlooking the sea.

This area is the heart of Pedruscada, offering direct access to the sandy beach and the calm, clear waters of the bay. The main street running parallel to the beach features a selection of quality restaurants and a few local shops, ensuring convenience without being overly bustling. It's a relatively quiet area, great for those seeking relaxation.

Couples looking for a tranquil escape will find this area ideal. The beachfront hotels and villas often provide stunning sea views and direct beach access, great for enjoying romantic sunsets or leisurely strolls along the shore. The focus here is on quiet enjoyment and the natural beauty of the coastline.

Families will also appreciate the Pedruscada Beach area. The shallow waters are suitable for children, and the proximity to accommodations means less travel time to and from the beach.

When is the best time to go to Pedruscada?

The best time to go to Pedruscada is during the shoulder seasons of May, June, and September.

During these months, you'll experience pleasant weather with warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine, superb for enjoying the beaches and outdoor activities. The sea is warm enough for swimming, and the island isn't as crowded as it is in the peak summer months of July and August. This allows for a more relaxed and enjoyable holiday experience.

For couples seeking a romantic getaway, late May or early June offers a tranquil setting before the main tourist rush. You can enjoy quiet strolls along the coast, intimate dinners at local restaurants, and peaceful days by the sea. The countryside is lush and green, making it ideal for scenic drives or gentle hikes.

Families with younger children might find September particularly appealing. The weather remains lovely, but the intense heat of mid-summer has subsided, making it more comfortable for little ones.
