The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby. You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one. There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc. All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again. Thank you guys!" We really enjoyed the beautiful villa , pool and grounds with several seating areas. The beds were very comfortable which is often not the case. And use of a washing machine was handy. Some newer towels and basic kitchen provisions would have made our stay even better, particularly as we were travelling by air. There were plenty of games and books for families as well as Smart tv. The location was perfect being very central and easy to order local taxis (Get2Ride). We would definitely recommend a stay in this villa and certainly hope to return.
