Fantastic Villa "Calima" with Sea View, Loggia, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi

Villa Calima is situated directly on the Cala Estany d'en Más, with a view of the beautiful sandy beach. The Mediterranean holiday home has a living / dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a hydromassage bathtub) and can accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. In the beautiful outdoor area you will find a furnished loggia overlooking the bay with its crystal clear turquoise waters. Here you can let nature work its magic on you together with your loved ones or let the evening end with a glass of wine in the adjoining garden and on the terrace. Outdoor showers and an inflatable children's pool (available under request) provide furthermore refreshment and relaxation. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 400 m or a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and the beach can be reached after a short walk with more bar restaurant.

Schönes Ferienhaus nahe am Strand

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses direkt über dem Strand von Cala Romantica ist sehr schön. Ebenso die Größe des Hauses. Cons: Das Haus bedarf einer Renovierung, da es doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bad, Küche etc sind nicht mehr up-to-date. Wen das nicht stört, wird sich dennoch hier wohlfühlen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist trotz Beschreibung insbesondere nachts sehr schwierig.

Eine wirklich grandiose Lage

Pros: Der Blick auf's immer bewegte Meer und die verschiedenen Stimmungen sind großartig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, und kam uns extra besuchen. Cons: Die Lage an der Steilküste bedingt sehr, sehr viele Stufen. Für ältere Gäste ist dies durchaus zu bedenken. Stufen vom Parkplatz zum Haus, Stufen vom Wohnzimmer in die Küche, Stufen zu den Schlafzimmern und viele Stufen zum Strand. Ausserhalb des Hauses sind die Treppen teilweise ohne Geländer.

Die Lage allein ist einen Aufenthalt wert

Pros: Im ganzen Haus hat man dauerhaft die wunderschönste Aussicht und in wenigen Metern ist man am Meer oder im Naturschutzgebiet gegenüber. Wir waren sogar im Januar jeden Tag schwimmen und saßen abends gemütlich am Feuer. Einen ruhigeren Ort findet man auf der Insel nicht so leicht!

Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Lage am Meer

Pros: Das Haus war perfekt für uns, traumhafte Lage am Meer, zu Fuss zum Strand, Garten, 2 Terassen zum Entspannen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und nett eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet Cons: Am Aufenthalt hat uns alles gefallen, einzig die Anfahrt war schwierig, die Straße zum Haus ist sehr rumpelig. Die Einfahrt zum Haus hinunter ist sehr steil, umdrehen schwierig. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran.

Pros: Die Villa Calima ist ein Juwel an der östlichen Küste Mallorcas mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt auf die Bucht Cala Romantica. Das Meer ist türkis und der feine Sandstrand ist über einen kurzen direkten Weg sofort erreichbar. Verfolgt man diesen Weg entgegengesetzt, dann trifft man auf eine atemberaubende Kulisse - optimal für einen romatischen Spaziergang zu zweit.

Das Meer ist türkis und der feine Sandstrand ist über einen kurzen direkten Weg sofort erreichbar. Verfolgt man diesen Weg entgegengesetzt, dann trifft man auf eine atemberaubende Kulisse - optimal für einen romatischen Spaziergang zu zweit. Cons: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist etwas holprig und die kleine Einfahrt nach unten zum Grundstück ist für Fahranfänger schwierig. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar - es war einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub!
