"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant had a good range of options and wasn’t too busy even at peak times. There was a bit of a shortage of beds around the pool and people were leaving towels from 7am and then disappearing for half the day which doesn’t help. The other bars and restaurants in the complex were good and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the Hotel is very central but not too noisy. We would visit again."

"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience.
Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived.
I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed...

Come here twice a year, this year we chose to have a junior suite, with a spa bath on the balcony. Love bright clean room. Nicely decorated with very large comfy bed. Television in the sitting room part, and also one to watch in bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, always restocked every day. Rooms cleaned daily. Food great as usual, and a nice bar for drinks, also a sports bar below for music in the evenings. The two infinity pools are great and always plenty of loungers around the pools....

We stayed here on a last minute deal. We don’t stay within the Hotel walls much when on holiday so I cannot comment on how nice the staff were other than on the impression we had at check in. The lady was friendly and check in was quick and easy.
The rooms were large, comfortable beds. Showers were abit awkward as we found it could very easily over flow, so a nightmare for us to keep the room dry and clean. We stayed for a week and had towel changes twice and maids once - I think this is...

A lovely quiet hotel a few minutes drive from the centre of Tinajo where are there are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets. All staff were extremely nice and competent. Double room with extra bed for guest was huge and with sea view. Amazing choice of food and beverage (premium not included), the only problem was to stop eating. Enjoyed evening shows (there is one show every night) and gym (I did a stretching class). Pool was warm (27 C) and even with the cold wind it was very pleasant to swim. Great location, close to Costa Teguise (city centre) and Arrecife (by bus and rented car). We visited Lanzarote for a Surfing and Kitesurfing trip with our 1 year old daughter in January. The food was excellent! Congratulations to the chef! Beautiful display of salads, meat dishes, fruits, fish and sea food, sweets. Comfortable beds. The knob of the shower did not work properly in the bathroom but apart from that it was an excellent choice.
