I was extremely embarrassed I was offered 1 drink as there was no manager he’s on vacation I found that extremely confusing as a hotel chain they have no manager on site 3 days ago I reported this every day I went down to see what the update was. I was told no manager. I only wanted a apology from the guy who made me so embarrassed and physically put his hands on me.
