On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler)
However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room.
The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room.
The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space.
Staff very helpful.
Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.

From the moment I entered it the folks behind the desk were very helpful and courteous.ln particular Geronimo was very helpful but indeed all the staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the room were cleaned daily. I would highly recommend THB Flora

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean room. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was quiet and overall an authentic and 5 star experience. Would definitely stay here again.
