We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. "Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way."
